Silent Hill 2 Physics Fix
Dense cloud layers caused FPS to drop from 120 to 48 due to core scheduling issues. Windows Performance mode didn't fix E-Core latency. I used GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to set Load Line to L3 and VCCSA to 1.25V. Cinebench R23 confirmed multi-core score rising to 37200, and HWiNFO showed temps at 78-84℃.
