Onda 9D4-VH-D Voltage Fix
Facing a giant Boss, I watched my frame rate table with caution, seeing the CPU frequency jump wildly and the screen tear. I tried enabling power-saving mode in the BIOS; while it dropped temps by 5℃, it capped my max FPS by 12, leaving me hesitant. I used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to lock the system in High Performance mode and disabled C-State in the BIOS. RTSS showed frame times stabilized at 15-19ms, GamePP confirmed voltage at 1.22-1.26V, and AIDA64 monitored temps at 76-82℃.
