Why does Phantom Blade Zero stall at 70% during loading screens?

Entering new chapters was a chore; the loading bar would often freeze at 70% for seconds, which was incredibly irritating. I blindly updated the chipset drivers, but loading times actually increased by 2 seconds, leaving me feeling completely demoralized. I adjusted the Cooler Master B240 to an aggressive curve (90% speed at 65℃) and activated High Performance mode via GamePP. GamePP benchmarks showed loading times dropped from 12s to 8s, with AIDA64 monitoring temperatures at 74-80℃ and HWiNFO64 showing fan speeds at 1500-1800 RPM.
