Fix CPU Frequency Jitter
It was unbelievable; when facing a powerful Boss with massive effects, the screen suffered a severe frame drop due to thermal response lag, which felt completely helpless. I first tried lowering the game resolution to reduce pressure; while average FPS increased, the instant stutters remained, treating only the symptoms. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to shorten fan response time to 0.1s and created a stepped curve. Frame time converged to 10-18ms per RTSS, CPU temps hit 78-84℃ per HWMonitor, and final frame time was 11-16ms per RTSS.
