Stabilizing 3D V-Cache I/O

While building in Once Human, occasional micro-stutters felt like grains of sand on silk, which was very distracting. I first tried disabling all power-saving options in Windows; although frequencies were locked, the stutters still appeared randomly. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to switch the load-line voltage to L3 mode and tuned the SOC voltage to 1.20V. Frame generation time stabilized at 7-11ms per RTSS, and AIDA64 confirmed temps at 62-68℃ while HWInfo showed voltage at 1.20V.
