Optimizing Fan Response

During large-scale battles, the CPU temperature would jump from 60 to 90℃ instantly, causing the clock to crash to 3.5GHz and the game to stutter. I tried setting the fans to full speed manually; it was deafeningly loud in quiet scenes, yet temperatures still spiked in combat. I used the GamePP Hardware Sensor Page to shorten the fan start response time to 0.5 seconds. AIDA64 showed temperatures capped at 82-86℃, and GamePP confirmed fan speeds at 1600-1800RPM.
