Optimizing WD Black SN850X 1TB for GTA 6 physics calculations?
This is just ridiculous—I pushed my clock to 6.0GHz for the GTA 6 leaks, and the physics engine just gave up. In high-density city traffic, the E-Cores were pegged at 100% while the P-Cores were basically idling; the resource allocation was a joke. I tried enabling Windows Performance Mode, but while the P-Cores sped up, the E-Cores still felt like a slideshow, which was a totally useless fix. I eventually went into the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjust Wizard, switched the LL mode to L3, and tweaked the VCCSA voltage to 1.25V. My Cinebench R23 multi-core score jumped by 1400 points, and temps actually dropped by 10°C.
