How to solve resource allocation issues for Nioh 2 on Colorful H610M-K?

During massive mob fights, the game just randomly drops frames, which is a total dealbreaker for a high-precision action game. The GamePP Hardware Sensor Page revealed that the I/O bus on the Colorful H610M-K was spiking by 30-60ms, causing a huge conflict between resource loading and CPU calculations. I tried disabling every useless background service in the drivers, but while CPU usage dropped, the stutters remained—it was a very confusing result. I eventually fired up the GamePP Resource Scheduler Panel, set the main game process to 'Realtime', and cranked up the disk I/O weight in the Process Priority Manager. The combat fluidity improved instantly, and that choppy feeling is gone.
