Removing Micro-Stutter Jitter

While doing precise climbs, an annoying jitter in the screen center made my movements feel imprecise and clunky. I tried swapping mouse USB ports multiple times, but the jitter stayed, wasting hours of my time. I ran the GamePP Peripheral Driver Conflict Detector, found a conflicting RGB service, and disabled it while enabling Raw Input. Frame time stabilized at 14-18ms per FrameView, with VRM temps at 52-58℃ per HWMonitor and RAM at 19GB.
