I wasted hours trying to lower the resolution, but that was a total dead end. The real culprit was sensor polling conflicts. In report ME-2026-S6, HWiNFO64 showed temps were rock steady between 65℃ - 70℃, but the clock speed was flickering between 4.8GHz and 4.9GHz, which caused those annoying micro-stutters. I disabled all power-saving options in the BIOS and forced a full hardware topology rescan. Frequency swings dropped to under 10MHz, and frame generation latency fell from 22ms to 16ms. It's smooth now, but be warned: this cooler is a beast. On some boards, it crowds the RAM slots, preventing XMP/EXPO from hitting rated speeds.
