Fixing Core Scheduling Lag
Out of caution, I didn't try extreme overclocking, but even at default frequencies, I saw obvious frame drops in big cities. I first tried the Windows 'High Performance' power plan; average FPS rose by 5, but the frequency of frame drops actually increased. I used GamePP to raise the game process priority to Real-time. Frame generation time converged from 18-35ms to 12-16ms per AIDA64, with CPU temperature stable at 65-72℃ per HWMonitor and core load at 15-22% per GamePP Monitor, hitting 12-16ms
