Fixing City Scene Freezes
Flying over New York, the screen would freeze for about 0.5 seconds, which is completely unacceptable for a flight sim. I first tried disabling all background indexing services in Windows, but the drops persisted without any improvement, leaving me exhausted. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to set memory controller priority to High and enabled the forced write cache flush policy. GamePP benchmarks showed read latency stabilized at 14-20ms, and HWInfo confirmed memory temperatures at 40-48℃ with AIDA64 showing 20-50MB/s fluctuations.
