Why does Monster Hunter Wilds stutter on Biostar A320MH?

Group combat caused frame spikes to 45ms. Disabling the camera broke my stream. I used GamePP Driver Detector to set Synapse to Manual. RivaTuner showed frame times stabilizing from 8-45ms to 7-12ms. It's a verified fix for smooth action.
