Fix Physics Engine Lag and Drops

Dense cloud layers were causing massive FPS drops in Mass Effect. My Colorful BATTLE-AX B760M-F PRO V20 was struggling with overclocking instability, dropping from 120 FPS to 48. I tried switching to Windows Performance mode, but the E-Core latency remained high, which was a superficial fix. I needed a voltage adjustment. I used GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to set Load Line to L3 and raised VCCSA from 1.20V to 1.25V. Cinebench R23 multi-core score improved to 37200 points. Temperature stabilized at 78-84°C. The physics engine is smooth again. Verify your BIOS settings after applying this voltage change.
