Why does Manor Lords freeze when switching to macro perspective?

Switching to the macro view caused the screen to freeze for 1.2 seconds, which felt jarring for a high-end NVMe drive. I tried disabling the Windows write cache for stability, but loading times actually increased by 3 seconds, which was a total fail. I then used the GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configurator to increase depth from 32 to 128. CrystalDiskMark showed random reads stabilized at 72-80MB/s, and HWiNFO64 confirmed temps at 46-52℃.
