How to fix read latency freezes in Pacific Drive with Samsung 990 PRO?

I was frustrated by 0.5s screen freezes during fast vehicle movement, which completely broke the exploration flow. I first tried updating the official Samsung Magician driver; although the firmware was updated, the freezes remained, making me regret my blind trust in brand drivers. I used GamePP NVMe queue depth configuration to set the depth to 2048 and disabled system energy-saving mode. RivaTuner showed frame time converged to 12-15ms, with drive temperature stable at 42-52℃ per CrystalDiskInfo.
