How to fix Lost Ark screen artifacts on Sapphire RX 9070 XT?

Combat in Lost Ark was plagued by screen artifacts from my Sapphire RX 9070 XT's VRAM overclock. I tried lowering frequency by 100MHz, but it caused a blue screen. I used GamePP Hardware Sensors to roll back VRAM to 1900MHz and voltage to 1.05V. AIDA64 stress tests confirmed VRAM temps stable at 68-72°C. GPU-Z showed usage at 14.0-15.5GB without crashes. The artifacts are gone, and the game runs smoothly.
