Resolving I/O Resource Contention
During raids, my screen would freeze for 200ms whenever resources loaded, which is fatal in fast combat. I tried lowering texture quality, which gained 5 FPS but didn't stop the stutters, proving it was a transport layer issue. I used the GamePP Peripheral Driver Conflict Detection Tool to disable conflicting backup software and optimize disk IRQ. RTSS showed frame time dropped from 18-40ms to 8-14ms, with fans at 1400-1600RPM per GamePP fan tool.
