Fix Ishin RTX 5070 Ti Flickering
Complex lighting in Like a Dragon: Ishin! caused my Gigabyte GeForce RTX 5070 Ti Gaming OC 16G to flicker, with frame time fluctuating between 10-18ms. I rolled back the driver, which stopped the flicker but tanked my frame rate, leaving me anxious about the trade-off. I used GamePP Shader Compile Queue to clear the cache and set pre-compilation to automatic. GamePP Hardware Sensor confirmed GPU temps at 65-70°C and frame time at 8-10ms. This verifies the fix.
