Fixing thermal throttling for Gloway DDR5 6000MHz in Kiseki

Right in the middle of a flashy combo, the screen would give a tiny, annoying twitch, which is super noticeable when you're locked at 60 FPS. I opened the GamePP Hardware Sensor Page and saw my Gloway Celestial DDR5 6000MHz 32GB hitting 62°C - 68°C (HWiNFO) during fights; while not at the absolute limit, the memory controller was already starting to fluctuate in frequency. I tried lowering the in-game graphics first, but the drops persisted, which proved the issue was thermal management, not VRAM, a realization that made me double down on my theory. I then went into the GamePP Fan Curve Config Panel and forced the front chassis fans to 80% once the RAM hit 60°C.
