How to fix black screens and slow loading in Judgment game?

While exploring Kamurocho, I noticed my response times fluctuating between 8-15ms per HWiNFO on the PCIe 3.0 interface, causing annoying black screens. I tried lowering the in-game texture quality, which saved 2 seconds of loading but ruined the visuals, making it a total fail. I then used the GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to increase the depth to 1024 and enabled the Windows write cache flush. Random reads improved to 62MB/s per CrystalDiskMark and HWiNFO showed temps at 38-46℃.
