How to fix visual stuttering during high-detail scene transitions?

It's unbelievable that such cinematic visuals are ruined by micro-stutters from the SSD. I tried lowering texture quality in-game, which made the graphics look blurry but the stuttering remained, leaving me feeling helpless. I entered GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration and increased concurrent requests from 32 to 64. CrystalDiskMark showed random read latency dropped from 88ms to 62ms, HWInfo reported temps at 42-50℃, and 4K random reads stabilized at 30-55 MB/s.
