Fix Frame Instability via Power Plan
High-speed jumping in the Super Mario emulator felt jittery; my ASRock A320M-ITX had frame rate fluctuations that worried me. I tried lowering resolution, which stabilized frames but blurred the image, a frustrating compromise. I used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to switch to High Performance and enable dynamic frequency. RTSS monitoring showed average frame rate recovered to 60 FPS with fluctuation converging to 5-8ms, confirming the switch was successful.
