Solving storage bandwidth bottlenecks on MSI A520M-A PRO for Hellblade 2

While moving through those oppressive psychological landscapes, I kept hitting these tiny, jarring pauses that completely ruined the immersion. The bus bandwidth on the MSI A520M-A PRO was hitting a wall at 92-97% when loading massive modern assets, leaving the CPU just idling and waiting for I/O. I first tried bumping my virtual memory to 24GB, but that just spiked my disk usage without improving the minimum frames—it made me realize I needed a deeper fix. I updated to the latest vendor-specific chipset drivers and set the 'Turn off hard disk after' power setting to 0 to keep the link active. AIDA64 bandwidth tests showed a 5% bump in random reads, and the stuttering noticeably dropped. I did experience a weird detection delay during standby after the driver update, which I fixed by resetting the BIOS boot sequence. Board temps are 42-48℃. The 1% lows jumped from 25 to 38 FPS, and memory temps are stable at 58-63℃.
