Optimize DDR5 Latency
It was infuriating; my specs were plenty, but every fast turn had a micro-stutter that drove me crazy. I tried the High Performance power plan in Windows, but it just made the fans louder without fixing a single stutter. Using the GamePP Memory Controller Load Monitor, I manually tightened the timings to 30-34-34-72 and set voltage to 1.35V. Latency dropped to 68-74ns per GamePP Latency Tool, with memory temps stable at 44-50℃ per AIDA64.
