Fixing I/O scheduling lag on Onda H610E-B for GTA RP?
When gathering with a bunch of RP players, the game just randomly drops frames, which is a total dealbreaker for an open-world experience. Monitoring via the GamePP Hardware Sensor Page, the I/O bus on the Onda H610E-B was spiking between 32-62ms, creating a massive conflict between asset loading and CPU cycles. I tried disabling every single background service in the drivers, and while CPU usage went down, the stutters stayed—it was a very frustrating contradiction. I then used the GamePP Resource Scheduler Panel to set the game to 'Realtime' and bumped the disk I/O weight in the Process Priority Manager. Driving through the city is significantly smoother now, and the jerkiness is gone.
