Thermal Ramp Configuration
In crowded FiveM areas, my CPU would hit 100% load, causing FPS to swing wildly between 40 and 60, which ruined the roleplay immersion. I tried disabling unnecessary background processes, which only lowered CPU usage by 5% while temperatures remained high, proving I needed more cooling power. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration to set a 65℃ trigger and a rapid ramp to 2500 RPM for the 70-85℃ range. Actual gameplay showed peak temps suppressed to 82-87℃ per HWMonitor, and GamePP monitoring confirmed coolant temps at 38-42℃.
