I'm getting signal interference and stutters during large map loads in Gray Zone Warfare with Gloway DDR5 6000, check voltage?

In a high-stakes tactical shooter, a 0.3-second freeze usually means you're dead, so the instability was driving me crazy. My Gloway Celestial Strategy DDR5 6000 was hitting 55-68℃ under load, which degraded the signal integrity and caused random I/O checksum errors. I tried downclocking to 5600MHz, but I lost about 8 FPS, which didn't feel like a real fix. I eventually flashed the latest BIOS for better memory compatibility and nudged the VDD voltage from 1.25V up to 1.30V.
