Fix GoW Ragnarok Frame Drops
During group combat, frame time spiked from 8ms to 45ms. It was a pain. I tried disabling the SSD in Device Manager, but the game interrupted loading. I was stuck. I used the GamePP Peripheral Driver Conflict Detector to set Razer Synapse to manual start. I enabled hardware encoding priority in OBS. RivaTuner showed frame time stabilizing at 7-12ms. Task Manager confirmed CPU usage at 65-72%. My Western Digital WD Black SN750 SE 1TB NVMe M.2 SSD runs smooth. The stutter is verified gone.
