Why does God of War Ragnarok stutter during fast action on my Kingston RAM?

Battlefield action was interrupted by periodic stutters. I tried enabling XMP, but the system blue-screened. I used the GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to raise voltage from 1.20V to 1.30V and set timings to 16-18-18-36. MemTest86 confirmed latency dropped from 30ns to 24ns, and GamePP sensors showed stable 2666MHz. The action flow is now smooth.
