How to fix FPS jumps while moving fast in Ghostwire: Tokyo?

Observing the eerie urban landscape, I noticed the 990 PRO had random read peaks of 12-18ms per GamePP Tool, causing FPS to jump wildly. I tried enabling AHCI Advanced Mode in BIOS, but it only improved speed by 2% while drops remained. I used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to manually set the depth to 256 and optimized the write cache. RTSS showed frame time stabilized at 14-18ms, and AIDA64 confirmed drive temperature stayed between 45-52℃.
