Fix Memory Latency Jumps
Riding through the maple forests, I noticed frame times jump from 7ms to 25ms per RTSS, which disrupted the visual flow at ultra settings. I first tried updating the BIOS for compatibility, but the latency fluctuations persisted, making me cautious. I manually tuned the primary timings in BIOS and increased the voltage to 1.30V per HWInfo to enhance stability. The frame generation interval converged to 6-12ms per RTSS, with memory temperature at 52-58℃ per HWMonitor and fans at 1700RPM.
