150ms input latency made every order feel dead during blizzards. Bumping graphics quality only worsened the lag. I used GamePP Power Plan Switcher to raise background allocation from 20% to 35%. Input latency dropped to under 80ms per Frame Time Analyzer. Network throughput remained stable. City management feels responsive again.
