Enshrouded Frame Spike Fix
Combat in Enshrouded had frame times jumping to 45ms. I disabled the camera in Device Manager, but it killed my stream. I used GamePP Peripheral Driver Conflict Detector to set Razer Synapse to Manual start and enabled hardware encoding in OBS. RivaTuner showed intervals dropping from 8-45ms to 7-12ms. CPU usage stayed at 65-72%, and fan speed hit 2200-2500 RPM. I verified the stability and the stream is finally smooth.
