How to fix texture popping in Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree?

Galloping through the Shadow Realm was visually jarring as ground textures flickered between HD and blurry. I first tried disabling all Windows startup items, but it did nothing for the asset streaming bottleneck. I then opened the GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration and bumped the read queue depth from 32 to 128. CrystalDiskMark showed 4K random reads jumping to 85-92MB/s, and HWInfo64 confirmed SSD temps remained at 45-52℃.
