How to eliminate loading stutters in Elden Ring at 4K?

While traversing the Lands Between, I cautiously noticed slight stutters whenever a new region loaded, which was jarring at 4K resolution. I tried enabling low-latency mode in the drivers; while the response felt faster, the frequency of the stutters didn't improve per RTSS, making it an inadequate solution. I used the GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to increase the depth from 32 to 64 and optimized the priority weights. Frame times converged to 12-18ms per RTSS, and SSD temperatures remained at 42-52℃ per AIDA64.
