Why is there mouse response latency in Dying Light 2 on G.Skill Trident Z?

During high-intensity parkour, I felt a strange stickiness in the mouse pointer, a tiny delay that is fatal against zombies. I first tried disabling mouse acceleration in Windows, but it had zero effect on the latency, making me very cautious. I then used the GamePP Peripheral Driver Conflict Detector to set redundant RGB sync services to manual and reinstalled clean drivers. InputLag Test confirmed latency stabilized at 7-11ms, and HWiNFO showed motherboard temperature at 45-52℃, feeling snappy again.
