Fix Digimon Physics Lag
Traversing rain curtains in Digimon World: Next Order caused my frame rate to drop from 120 to 55 FPS per RTSS. I tried setting Windows power plan to Performance mode, but it didn't fix the physics engine lag. I used GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Wizard to set LL to L3 mode and increased memory voltage from 1.35V to 1.40V. Cinebench R23 showed the multi-core score jumped from 35000 to 36500 points, and temperatures dropped to 79°C.
