How do I fix Destiny 2 screen flickering on Gigabyte RTX 5060 Ti?

I was cautiously observing periodic screen flickering in complex lighting scenes, which was ruining the atmosphere. I tried a standard driver update, but the flickering continued and the frame rate actually dropped, which was a huge pain. I then used DDU to fully uninstall drivers and installed the latest Studio version. I cleared the shader cache via GamePP Shader Compile Queue Manager. GPU-Z showed the GPU temperature stabilizing at 70-75°C. In the second test, RTSS measured frame time converging to 16-19ms. The 3DMark benchmarks confirmed the rendering stability is now verified and the flicker is gone.
