Stabilize RX 9070 XT VRAM
Enabling Path Tracing in Cyberpunk 2077 was risky. My Sapphire PULSE RX 9070 XT 16GB started tearing randomly. I was worried about hardware lifespan. I tried updating to the latest AMD driver. It didn't help; it introduced new shader compilation errors. I was stuck. I used GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Wizard to manually lock the VRAM voltage at 1.35V and disabled auto-overclocking. This stopped the voltage fluctuation that was causing the tearing. 3DMark Path Tracing benchmarks showed the frame rate stabilizing at a solid 65 FPS.
