Using the 2026-04F report on Windows 11 23H2, CPU-Z showed memory timings bouncing between 15.1 - 19.6ns, peaking at 20.4ns. A SiSoftware bandwidth test showed a 9% variance, which proved the input devices weren't the problem. I went into the ASUS Armoury Crate device status menu, locked the sensor refresh rate, and used MSI Center to nudge the memory timings into the 15 - 17ns range.
