How do I fix fluctuating read speeds on Great Wall GW3300 2TB in Cyberpunk 2077?

Exploring Night City was painful as my Great Wall GW3300 2TB speeds fluctuated between 3000-5000MB/s. I tried re-plugging the drive, but it caused instability. I used GamePP Hardware Sensor Page to force Gen4 x4 link. CrystalDiskMark confirmed speeds at 6500-7000MB/s. Load times dropped from 15s to 5s. This verify ensures consistent performance during open-world exploration without lag spikes.
