Stopping SSD Thermal Throttling
Whenever I moved quickly through the jungle, distant vegetation textures would lag, which totally killed the vibe. I tried lowering the game graphics, but the quality looked terrible and the throttling still happened—it was an unacceptable compromise. I solved this using the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration, forcing the front chassis fans to 80% speed whenever the SSD hit 60℃. The result was massive. RTSS showed the loading-induced frame drops recovered from 15 FPS up to 60 FPS. GamePP Hardware Sensor confirmed the drive temperature stabilized at 52-58℃, down from a peak of 72-78℃ per GamePP Hardware Sensor.
