How to fix gradual micro-stutters in Code Vein II after long play sessions?

During long battles, I noticed my memory usage slowly climbing from 45% to 88%, which led to these irritating micro-stutters. I tried restarting my save file in-game, but memory usage only dropped by 2%, proving that fragmentation couldn't be solved inside the game. I opened the GamePP Resource Scheduler to force release inactive cache and locked the frequency to 3200MHz. RTSS showed frame times recovered from 14-22ms to 11-13ms, and HWInfo64 confirmed stable temps at 42-48℃.
