Why is my FPS erratic in Code: Jie combat?

While exploring, the frame rate jumped wildly between 85 and 110 FPS, making the experience feel unstable and jarring. I tried lowering shadow quality to reduce load, but the image lost its depth, and I was unhappy with this compromise. I used the GamePP Hardware Sensor page to recalibrate XMP and tune timings to 30-36-36-76. GamePP Benchmark Verification showed fluctuation dropped to 2%, voltage hit 1.40V per HWInfo64, and frequency stayed within 5MHz per CPU-Z.
