Fixing ADATA ValueRAM 8GB DDR3 issues in Cities: Skylines?
Once my city population hit 100k, the smooth panning turned into periodic twitching—especially brutal with high-res MODs active. I checked the GamePP Hardware Sensor Page and saw the ADATA ValueRAM 8GB DDR3 1600 hitting 62°C - 68°C under load (via AIDA64). While not critical, the memory controller was clearly starting to fluctuate in frequency. I tried lowering the render distance in-game, but the stutters persisted, proving this was a memory bandwidth bottleneck and not a GPU issue. This trial-and-error actually made me more confident in the fix. I went into the GamePP Resource Scheduler Panel, set memory priority to 'Highest', and optimized the virtual memory write strategy.
