Fixing Smoke-Induced Frame Drops

During intense multiplayer matches, every time a smoke grenade went off, the screen would twitch, ruining my competitive edge. I initially tried disabling all background services in Windows, but the drops persisted and my input response actually felt slower, making me very cautious. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Guide to lock memory voltage at 1.40V. MemTest86 showed errors dropped from 1 per hour to zero, HWiNFO64 reported temps of 56-62℃, and GamePP Monitor showed memory latency stabilized at 62-78ns.
