Does cleaning Jonsbo CR-1400 ARGB actually help temps?

While running the Remastered graphics, I noticed my CPU temps slowly climbing from 70°C up to 88°C—a slow performance bleed that becomes really obvious during long sessions. The compact fin design of the Jonsbo CR-1400 ARGB had collected a ton of dust over six months, dropping the exhaust airflow from 3.5m/s to 2.1m/s. I first tried forcing the fans to 2500 RPM in the BIOS, but the noise was unbearable and the temps stayed stuck at 85°C—brute force doesn't work against a physical clog. I used compressed air for a deep clean and optimized the front case intake. In HWInfo, th
