Why does my game stutter during stealth sequences?

Caution turned to annoyance as the screen micro-stuttered during stealth. I disabled the keyboard driver, but the conflict persisted. I used GamePP Peripheral Driver Conflict Detector to identify the RGB sync service as the culprit. After disabling it, RivaTuner showed frame time converging from 15-25ms to 8-10ms. The stealth operations became smooth and immersive. This driver fix verifies that peripheral conflicts were the root cause of the stutter.
