How do I reduce input latency in Valorant 1v1s with a PCCOOLER RT500 Digital cooler?

My key response felt sluggish in 1v1s as my CPU hit 82-85℃. I tried overclocking the CPU, but the temperature spiked even higher, making the issue worse. I then used the GamePP Fan Curve Config to raise the fan threshold at 70℃ from 45% to 65%. The temperature stabilized at 68-72℃, and latency dropped below 12ms per GamePP Stress Test. I backed up the config for safety.
